RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues since your order is custom-printed just for you. Buyers assume all risks when deciding on the design and fit of their goods. We've provided a sizing guide on each product page to help you choose the right fit.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

You have 24 hours after making your order to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or cancellation. Your purchase has already been processed and cannot be altered beyond the first 24 hours.

Items that have been damaged or are incorrect

Alohawaii makes every effort to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it is conceivable that you could get a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product. Fortunately, it is rather rare! In this scenario, however, we ensure client satisfaction by giving a free replacement order or a refund on the damaged goods.
All we need is your order number and a clear image of the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged piece of the item. Please email us at support@alohawaii.co and one of our friendly customer service specialists will arrange for a reprint or refund for you!

We received the package back

If a package is returned to us by the delivery courier, we will reship it to you at no additional cost to the address you provided
If the delivery courier returns an item to the sender a second time, we will reship the box to you for an extra fee (up to 50% of the order's value).
If the package is returned to the sender and you do not want us to resend it, we will refund you 80% of the purchase price (20 percent as a handling fee).

Inability to Deliver

Please use caution while providing us with your shipping address. We will not be held accountable for any mistakes made by you.
If you do not sign the order and do not notify us, we will charge you a 20% handling fee.

Items for sale

We apologize that sales items cannot be returned or refunded.

The Method of Obtaining a Refund/Return

When you encounter an issue, collect documentation (for example, images, video, and purchase receipts) and report it to us at support@alohawaii.co.
Once permitted, utilize the information supplied by our Customer Support Team to return the item to our warehouse.
Please bear in mind that you will be liable for the return shipping costs.
Please give us the tracking number printed on the label of the postal service/mailing carrier.
The refund will be handled after the goods arrive at our warehouse. An automatic credit will be made to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Check your bank account again if you haven't gotten your return yet.
Then, contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear
Next, contact your bank. There is normally some processing time before a refund is provided.

*If delivery is delayed due to natural calamities such as earthquakes, tornadoes, epidemics, pandemics, and so on, we will not provide a refund. Please be patient as the delivery time may be extended (2-4 weeks). We will replace or compensate you if you have not received the product within three (3) months.

Shipping

 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your purchases. The shipping fee is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted if you get a refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your returned product to reach you may vary. We offer no guarantees that your returned products will be received.

**Please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 60 days.
  • The item has never been washed, worn, or otherwise used
  • If you do not follow our instructions, we will not be liable for any loss or harm of any sort.
  • Any returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, as well as in their original packaging (including all labels and tags intact)
  • Your gift card cannot be returned after it has been used.
